According to the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), the following information is now made public:

Project Name: Shandong Xianqiao New Materials Co., Ltd. Annual Production of 20000 Tons of High Performance Pigments, Pharmaceuticals, New Materials, and Intermediates Construction Project (Phase I and II Projects)
Construction unit: Shandong Xianqiao New Materials Co., Ltd
Construction location: Inside Shandong Xianqiao New Materials Co., Ltd., Penglai Chemical Industry Park.

Construction content: The annual production of 20000 tons of high-performance pigments, pharmaceuticals, new materials, and intermediates construction project will be divided into three phases. This project only includes the first phase and the second phase.
The first phase of the project involves the construction of a 3,3 'dichlorodiphenylamine hydrochloride (DCB) workshop, which includes four DCB production lines with an annual output of 1000t/a; A workshop for ortho aminobenzyl ether, which includes four production lines with an annual output of 1000t/a for ortho aminobenzyl ether; Construct warehouses and other related facilities to support the first phase of the installation.
The second phase project involves the construction of a 3,3 'dichlorodiphenylamine hydrochloride (DCB) workshop, which includes four DCB production lines with an annual output of 1000t/a; Construct a BB acid and anthraquinone workshop, which includes two 1000 ton BB acid production lines and two 1000 ton anthraquinone production lines; Construct a 4-chlorophthalic anhydride workshop, which includes a 2000 ton 4-chlorophthalic anhydride production line; The second phase project will also construct supporting facilities such as warehouses.
Construction scale: In the first phase, 4000 tons of 3,3 'dichlorodiphenylamine hydrochloride (DCB) and 4000 tons of ortho aminobenzyl ether will be sold annually, totaling 8000 tons of intermediates; In the second phase, 2000 tons of benzoyl benzoic acid (BB acid), 2000 tons of anthraquinone, 2000 tons of 4-chlorophthalic anhydride, and 4000 tons of 3,3 'dichlorodiphenylamine hydrochloride (DCB) were sold annually, totaling 10000 tons of intermediates. After the completion of the second phase project, the overall external sales capacity of the plant will be 18000t/a.
