Construction content: the project is divided into two phases. the first phase is to build a 3,3 'dichlorobenzidine hydrochloride (DCB) workshop (workshop 1#), which contains 4 DCB production lines with an annual output of 1000t/a. An o-anisole workshop (workshop 2#), which contains one o-anisole production line with an annual output of 1000t/a and one red-based B production line with an annual output of 2000t/a partial facilities; build a red-based B workshop (3# workshop), which includes some facilities of the red-based B production line of 2000t/a for one year, and build warehouses and other related facilities for the first phase of equipment.
In the second phase, a 3,3 'dichlorobenzidine hydrochloride (DCB) workshop (workshop 4#) will be built, which contains 4 DCB production lines with an annual output of 1000t/a. Construction of an o-anisole workshop (workshop 5#), which contains 3 o-anisole production lines with an annual output of 1000t/a; Construction of a BB acid and anthraquinone workshop (workshop 6#), the workshop includes 2 1000-ton BB acid production lines and 2 2000-ton anthraquinone production lines. Construction of a 4-chlorophthalic anhydride workshop, which contains a 2000-ton 4-chlorophthalic anhydride production line; The second phase of the project will also build supporting warehouses and other facilities.
Construction scale: 4000 tons of 3,3 'dichlorobenzidine hydrochloride (DCB), 1000 tons of o-anisole and 2000 tons of red base Bare are produced annually in the first phase, totaling 7000 tons of intermediates; The second phase produces 2000 tons of o-benzoylbenzoic acid (BB acid), 2000 tons of anthraquinone, 3000 tons of o-anisole, 2000 tons of 4-chlorophthalic anhydride and 4000 tons of 3,3' dichlorobenzidine (DCB) hydrochloride, totaling 13000 tons. After the completion of the second phase of the project, the intermediate production capacity of the whole plant is 20000t/a.
